Sirloin Bavette Bundle

• 2 x 16 oz. bavette steaks
• 2 x 1 lb. packs steak tips
• 1 x 2 lb. package street taco steak

The bavette steak comes from the sirloin primal and cut from the sirloin flap. Great for stir-frying, fajitas and marinating for the grill. Paired with ribeye and New York strip steak tips (pieces are aprox. 1-1.5 inch) and our finely diced steak.
