SHIPPING POLICIES & MORE
Shipping Policy
To ensure the highest quality of meat, packages are shipped via UPS 3-Day and UPS Ground (to places it will arrive in 1-4 days). Packages are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. All orders are shipped in a reusable cooler box with enough gel packs and/or dry ice to keep the product frozen or chilled until it reaches you. Product is shipped frozen and may be partially thawed to thawed when it arrives. It is fine to put back in the freezer.
All orders are shipped on Monday unless an expedited option is selected. Please note if holiday falls on a Monday your order will be shipped the following week.
Shipping Notes
Raikes Beef Co. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please make sure to double check addresses. This includes gift recipients addresses.
The buyer will be responsible for the replacement cost in the event an incorrect address was provided, resulting in a delay and spoiled product. If you will be traveling or not home within 12 hours of your package's arrival, please make arrangements to have someone receive the box.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to accept returns. If there are any issues with your product, please send an email to info@raikesbeef.co as soon as package is received with pictures and video. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate next steps, if necessary.
