• 2 x 16 oz. bavette steaks
• 2 x 1 lb. packs steak tips 
• 1 x tri tip roast (aprox. 3 lb.)

The bavette steak comes from the sirloin primal and cut from the sirloin flap. Great for stir-frying, fajitas and marinating for the grill. Paired with steak tips and a tri tip roast.
