• 4 x 8 oz. coulotte steaks
• 1 x flank steak (aprox. 1.25 lb.)
• 2 x 1 lb. pack steak tips

The culotte steak comes from the top of the sirloin primal. Savory, juicy, and beautifully marbled. Also known as sirloin cap, top sirloin cap or a Picanha steak. Paired with flank steak and steak tips provides a nice Wagyu sampling.
