Juicy burger combined with creamy blue cheese, piled with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and earthy flavor of arugula is the perfect combination of flavors.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 RAIKES BEEF BURGERS
- 6 BRIOCHE BUNS, TOASTED
- HANDFUL ARUGULA
- SMALL ONION, THINLY SLICED, CARMELIZED
- 8 OZ BABY PORTABELLO MUSHROOMS, SLICED AND SAUTEED
- 3 OZ BLUE CHEESE
- 3 TBSP WHOLE GRAIN MUSTARD
- SALT & PEPPER (OR USE FAVORITE RUB)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the grill. Season the burgers generously with salt and pepper, or favorite rub. Grill burgers over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium-rare, 160 degrees for medium. Remove burgers from the grill and top with blue cheese. Tent with foil for about 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Build burger by spreading mustard on bun and layering with mushrooms, onions and arugula. Enjoy!
