Brisket Chili


Hearty chili with chunks of tender brisket.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 LBS RAIKES BEEF COOKED AND SHREDDED BRISKET
  • 1-20 OZ CAN LA COSTENA CHARRO BEANS
  • 2-14.5OZ CANS HUNTS CHILI TOMATOES (MEDIUM HEAT)
  • 1-10OZ CAN TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILIES
  • 3 1/2 CUPS WATER
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT INTO SMALL DICE

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Set temperature on high and cook for 3 hours. Serve with assorted toppings: shredded cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo, tortilla chips, avocado.
