An easy to make but extremely delicious brisket served on a bun, roll, or over mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 3-4 LB RAIKES BEEF BRISKET
- 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 6 OZ CAN COLA
- 1 CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 1-2 CLOVES GARLIC (minced)
- 2 TBSP FUEGO SEASONING (listed below)
Fuego Seasoning
- 1 TBSP cumin
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 TSP cayenne
- 2 TBSP salt
- 3 TBSP pepper
- 2 TBSP granulated garlic
- 2 TBSP chili powder
- 2 TBSP oregano
Cooking Instructions
Rub brisket with Fuego Seasoning and salt & pepper, then let it sit overnight for best flavor.
Heat olive oil in skillet and brown on all sides. Move to a large Dutch Oven or roasting pan. Add minced garlic, pour cola and pineapple juice over top.
Roast in oven at 300° for four hours. Shred the beef with fork and serve on bun, roll, or even over mashed potatoes.
Leftovers make great brisket tacos.
