Classic Beef and Noodles


Classic Midwestern inspired family favorite meal. Fork-tender chunks of beef in a savory sauce with noodles. Makes you feel like grandma is right in your kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 LB RAIKES BEEF STEW MEAT
  • 16 OZ MUSHROOMS, SLICED
  • MEDIUM ONION, THINLY SLICED
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • 1/4 C FLOUR
  • 2 C BEEF BROTH
  • 8 OZ DRY KLUSKI NOODLES
  • 12 OZ FROZEN PEAS
  • 1/4 C WORCESTERSHIRE
  • SALT AND PEPPER

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    In a large bowl add the stew meat, mushrooms, onion and season with salt and pepper. Set the Instant Pot to saute mode. Heat olive oil and add the meat in batches to sear. Once all meat is brown add all of it back the pot and toss with flour to coat the pieces. Add the broth and Worcestershire. Set to the Meat/Stew mode on high pressure for 40 minutes. 

    Let it naturally release once cooking is finished. Open the lid and add noodles, set to Soup mode for 16 minutes. 

    Once naturally released open lid and add the peas, stirring to combine. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
