Grilled Tenderloin Kebabs


Tender steak marinated in olive oil, fresh herbs and lemon juice make a perfect appetizer or a quick weeknight dinner. Just add your favorite side!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 LB  RAIKES BEEF TENDERLOIN TIPS (STEAK TIPS AND STEW MEAT WORK TOO)
  • 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
  • JUICE OF A LEMON (1/4 CUP)
  • ZEST OF A LEMON (1-2 TBSP)
  • 1 TBSP PRESSED GARLIC (OR MINCED)
  • 1 TBSP FRESH THYME (CHOPPED)
  • SALT AND PEPPER

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl or Ziploc bag and add the beef. Distribute marinade so it covers all the meat. Let it sit in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Remove from frig and place 4-5 pieces of meat per skewer. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes to come to room temperature. In the mean time preheat the grill to 450-500 degrees. Place kebabs on the grill and cook until desired doneness. We recommend medium rare (internal temp 130 degrees). Serve with roasted veggie, potato or favorite side dish. It serving as an appetizer you could do smaller skewers with 3 pieces of meat. Enjoy!
