Sweet and spicy glaze with buttery blue cheese is the perfect complement to this beef burger.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 RAIKES BEEF BURGER PATTIES
- 2 TBSP SMOKING GUN HIGH VELOCITY SEASONING
- 1/2 RED ONION (THINLY SLICED)
- 3/4 CUP BLUE CHEESE (CRUMBLED)
- 6 TBSP CHILI DAWG'S HABRICOT PEPPER SPREAD
- 6 HAMBURGER BUNS (WE RECOMMEND BRIOCHE BUNS)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Heat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with a little bit of Duck Fat spray l to prevent sticking and to get nice grill marks. Grill burgers until desired doneness (160 degrees), usually about 3-5 minutes each side. Lightly grill the buns.
Spread 1 Tbsp Habricot spread on each patty, top with a couple spoonfuls of blue cheese. Serve along side choice of fries or tots. Enjoy!
