Sriracha Meatballs

Sriracha Meatballs


Perfect combination of savory and sweet.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 LB RAIKES GROUND BEEF
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP MINCED GINGER
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/4 CUP CILANTRO LEAVES, MINCED
  • 1/2 CUP PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/2 CUP THINLY SLICED GREEN ONIONS (FOR GARNISH)
  • SAUCE:
  • 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
  • 2 TBSP SRIRACHA SAUCE
  • 1/2 CUP HOT PEPPER JELLY
  • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP TOASTED SESAME OIL 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in medium sized bowl.

Roll meat into 1” balls.

Fry in large skillet on all sides until done.

Remove from pan and place in slow cooker.

Mix all sauce ingredients in small saucepan and heat through.

Pour over meatballs in slow cooker.

Turn on low for 1-2 hours to warm

Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro (optional, but really highlights the flavor).

Great appetizer or serve with a side for a main dish.
