Fall off the bone tender ribs with beefy flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 LBS BONE IN RAIKES SHORT RIBS
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 WHITE ONION, DICED
- 2-3 CLOVES GARLIC, CRUSHED
- 1 CUP BEEF BROTH
- 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 SPRIG FRESH ROSEMARY
- CHOPPED PARSLEY, FOR GARNISH
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a dutch oven, brown ribs on all sides in olive oil over high heat.
- Remove from heat, set aside.
- Add onion, saute’ 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in broth and Worcestershire.
- Bring to a simmer, add meat .
- Cover and transfer to oven for 2.5 hours or until ribs are tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, polenta or risotto.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
