- 1-1.8 LB FLANK STEAK
- 1 TBSP CHILE POWDER
- 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TSP CUMIN
- JUICE OF 1 LIME
- 2 TBSP LIME INFUSED OLIVE OIL
- OR EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
In small bowl, mix ingredients for marinade.
Season both sides of flank steak with mixture.
Place in ziplock bag. Marinate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Grill over high heat 4-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 130 to 135 degrees for medium rare.
