Chili Lime Flank Steak


Juicy and perfectly balanced flavor. Perfect for tacos and fajitas or serve with rice and grilled veggies.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1.8 LB FLANK STEAK
  • MARINADE:
  • 1 TBSP CHILE POWDER
  • 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TSP CUMIN
  • JUICE OF 1 LIME
  • 2 TBSP LIME INFUSED OLIVE OIL
  • OR EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, mix ingredients for marinade.

Season both sides of flank steak with mixture.

Place in ziplock bag. Marinate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

Grill over high heat 4-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 130 to 135 degrees for medium rare.
