Garlic and Ginger Beef Stir Fry


Easy beef stir fry with haricot vert and green onions with savory Bachan's sauce. Save time with diced Raikes Beef Co street taco steak.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 LBS RAIKES BEEF STREET TACO STEAK
  • 10 OZ GREEN & YELLOW HARICOT VERT
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, SLICED
  • GINGER ROOT, SLICED
  • 4 GREEN ONIONS, SLICED 1 INCH STICKS
  • 1 RED BELL PEPPER, THINLY SLICED
  • 1 CAN WATER CHESNUTS,  JULIENNED
  • COCONUT OIL
  • BACHAN'S  ORIGINAL SAUCE
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • TOASTED SESAME SEEDS

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Drizzle coconut oil in pan, add garlic and ginger and stir fry for a couple minutes. Then add the bell pepper, green onions and water chestnuts and cook until soft. Remove from the pan to a bowl and set aside. Add a little more coconut oil if needed and add in the diced steak, cooking until pink. Put veggie mixture back into the pan, add the haricot vert on top. Cover and let steam for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with Bachan’s sauce and mix to combine. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with rice or yakisoba noodles. Enjoy!
