Tender steak pieces wrapped in a warm corn tortilla with diced onion, cilantro and cotija cheese. Simple ingredients bursting with flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 LBS RAIKES BEEF SKIRT STEAK OR STREET TACO STEAK
- 1/4 CUP FRESH LIME JUICE, PLUS JUICE FROM 1 LIME
- 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- 1 TBSP SMOKING GUN BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE SEASONING
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, FINELY MINCED
- 1 MEDIUM ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 BUNCH CILANTRO, FINELY CHOPPED
- COTIJA CHEESE OR SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
- CORN TORTILLAS, STREET TACO SIZE
- 1 LIME, CUT INTO EIGHTHS (OPTIONAL)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
If using skirt steak, finely dice. Place meat in a medium sized bowl.
Combine 1/4 cup lime juice and orange juice with garlic and Brazilian Steakhouse seasoning, pour over steak.
Let marinate for 15-20 minutes, while meat is marinating, finely chop onion and cilantro, squeeze juice of 1 lime over the mixture.
Heat skillet, brown meat quickly over medium high heat.
Serve on warm corn tortillas, top with cilantro/onion mixture, a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a drizzle of sour cream.
