Balsamic Marinade


This blend of balsamic vinegar, garlic and rosemary makes an easy and tasty marinade for tri tip, flank, skirt steak and roasts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 CUP QUALITY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 4 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
  • 2 TSP ROSEMARY, FINELY CHOPPED
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix all ingredients in a small jar with lid. Shake to mix well. Great for tri tip, flank steak, skirt steak, roasts, steak tips and tenderloin tips.
