Flank steak seasoned with smokey flavors of chili powder and cumin, combined with sweetness of honey and a kick of lime juice. Flavorful, tender and super easy.
- 1 RAIKES BEEF FLANK STEAK OR SKIRT STEAK
- 1 TBSP CHILE POWDER
- 1 TBSP HONEY
- 1 TSP CUMIN
- JUICE OF A LIME
- 2 TBSP LIME INFUSED OLIVE OIL (EXTRA VIRGIN IS FINE TOO)
In s small bowl or glass measuring cup mix all the ingredients. Place meat in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over. Marinate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Grill over high heat, 4-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 130-135 degrees for medium rare.
Slice or chop for tacos or taco bowls. Enjoy!
