Simple sauce to impress your dinner guests, or to kick your weeknight dinner up a notch. You need this rich and creamy Gorgonzola sauce.
- 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- 1/2 CUP GORGONZOLA CHEESE, CRUMBLED
- 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TSP GOLDEN FIG CAFE GRIND BLACK PEPPER
- 2 TBSP PARSLEY, CHOPPED
Heat cream in saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to boil add the Gorgonzola and whisk until cheese has melted. Let the sauce thicken to desired consistency, usually about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, pepper and parsley.
Serve drizzled over grilled steaks or pasta. Enjoy!
